Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to the ink78 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. ink78 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and verifies age during the mandatory KYC process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance held will be dealt with in accordance with Clause 13 of these Terms.
• Legal capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful. ink78 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
• Personal use: You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• Not self-excluded: You are not subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction on the ink78 Platform or any platform sharing player data with ink78.
• Not a prohibited person: You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of ink78, or of any game studio or payment provider operating in partnership with ink78.

Account Registration

To access any real-money service on the ink78 Platform, you must first create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

1. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one ink78 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. ink78 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to withhold balances pending investigation.
2. Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ink78 staff will never ask for your password. Do not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out under your credentials is your responsibility unless you notify ink78 support of unauthorized access immediately.
4. Contact details: You must keep your registered email address and mobile number up to date. ink78 uses these channels for account communications, security alerts, and withdrawal notifications.
5. Account transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your ink78 account to any other individual is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ink78 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request can be approved. KYC verification is also a regulatory safeguard that protects both the Platform and its players against fraud and unauthorized access.

• Required documents: Players must submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued national identity card (KTP for Indonesian residents). Additional documents — such as a selfie holding the ID, a recent utility bill, or a bank statement — may be requested at ink78's discretion.
• Processing time: Standard KYC verification is completed within a few hours of document submission during normal operating hours (WIB). In rare cases involving additional checks, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal restriction: No withdrawal will be processed to an unverified account. This policy applies without exception.
• Name matching: The name on your ink78 account must match the name on your submitted identity document exactly. Withdrawal can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your verified ink78 account.
• Re-verification: ink78 reserves the right to request updated or additional KYC documentation at any time, including for high-value transactions or in response to anomalous account activity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ink78 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• ink78 does not charge any deposit fee. Third-party fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your ink78 Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider in most cases. If a deposit has not credited within 10 minutes, contact support with your transfer receipt.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
• ink78 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud or money-laundering risk is identified.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Players, as set out in Clause 4.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the verified ink78 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Standard processing time for approved withdrawal requests is 15–30 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may extend during periods of exceptionally high volume.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section. These limits are subject to change.
• ink78 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified via their registered email address if additional information is required.
• Funds deposited via a particular payment method may, at ink78's discretion, be required to be withdrawn via the same payment method.

Bonuses & Promotions

ink78 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before the bonus or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are detailed in the promotion's individual terms page.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a second bonus before the first is cleared or forfeited is not permitted.
• Eligible players: Bonuses are available to eligible registered and verified Players only. ink78 reserves the right to exclude specific Players from promotions at its discretion.
• Abuse: Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated tools, placing hedged bets across accounts, or exploiting errors in promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.
• Expiry: Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within the specified time window will expire automatically with no cash value.
• Modification: ink78 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not unfairly disadvantage Players who have already opted in to an active bonus.
• Real-money priority: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, real-money funds in a Player's Balance are wagered before bonus funds.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the ink78 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform (sports betting, casino, slots, esports, togel):

• Bet confirmation: A wager is only valid once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not considered placed.
• Odds and markets: Displayed odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. ink78 reserves the right to correct any odds that were published in error and to void bets placed at materially incorrect prices.
• Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., football results per FIFA/AFC/PSSI rulings; esports results per the tournament organiser's official records). In the event of a dispute, ink78's settlement decision is final.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided at ink78's discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment, venue changes affecting Asian Handicap conditions, obvious pricing errors, or evidence of match-fixing.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per product category may apply. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's betting rules section.
• Live betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability. ink78 does not guarantee continuous live-betting availability for any event and may suspend in-play markets at any time.
• *Togel* rules: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by third-party providers. Results are final as published by the provider. ink78 bears no responsibility for draw-schedule changes made by the provider.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ink78 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law-enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting or gaming outcomes.
• Colluding with other Players at live casino tables or in any other real-money game environment.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or for any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party for commercial gain (i.e., operating as an unlicensed agent or bandar bola — unlicensed sports book operator).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ink78 staff or other players via any channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ink78 Platform — including but not limited to the ink78 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, imagery, and game content supplied by licensed studio partners — is the intellectual property of ink78 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from ink78.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use the ink78 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written approval.

Game content provided by licensed studio partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their individual licensing terms.

Privacy & Data

ink78 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data principles observed by ink78 include:

• Personal data is collected only for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and personalised communication.

• Session time reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration selected and are processed within 24 hours of submission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ink78's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ink78 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond ink78's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any decision by a Player to continue gambling after becoming aware that they may have a gambling problem.
• Technical errors or system failures that result in void bets, provided that ink78 makes reasonable efforts to restore the Platform promptly and notify affected Players.

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by ink78. ink78 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where ink78 reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or money-laundering activity.
• Duplicate account operation.
• Provision of false identity or KYC documentation.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player with their bank or payment provider.

During a suspension, the Balance is frozen. Following investigation, ink78 will either restore the account and release the Balance, or terminate the account and handle the Balance as described in Clause 13.2.

13.2 Termination and Balance. Upon confirmed account termination for a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance (net of bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 30 days, unless the funds are subject to an active investigation, court order, or law-enforcement hold. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are forfeited upon termination.

13.3 Voluntary closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ink78 support. Any remaining real-money Balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method after all pending wagers are settled. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Amendments

ink78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ink78 will notify registered Players via their registered email address at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version and effective date are always displayed at the top of this page. Where a change is non-material (for example, a typographical correction or clarification that does not alter any Player's rights or obligations), ink78 may update the Terms without advance notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink78 is incorporated and operates as an international platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents ink78 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property pending the outcome of arbitration.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law and that they participate on the Platform at their own legal risk. ink78 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful in Indonesia or in any other specific jurisdiction.
